Legit chill and extremely accomodating crew

We had such a nice and warm welcome and since we had rented eMTB bikes the owner kindly showed us on the map where to begin. The bikes were good and they were flexible with the return, so we had plenty of time to explore all the best parts of the island.

We booked a bike each for 3 days and opted for the mountain bikes. Bikes were good and perfect for our exploration of Texel. I think in 3 days we clocked up 180 kilometres of fault/problem free cycling. We’re both used to riding very high end road bikes so we’re very happy with the rentals and had zero problems. On collection one of the bikes had a loose bit but was fixed in seconds. As with most bikes in the Netherlands they came with an integrated lock. We were very happy with them and on our return will rent from them again. Thank you. I will however pack my cycling trousers next time 🤣

We have took four bikes, one for kid was broken, we noticed it after struggling one hour and returned all four bikes back. Nobody even suggested to give back some money, not even a portion! Bad luck for us but no good memory from this shop neither!

Good bikes, decent prices. Rigid staff: procedure above all, customer not at the centre, no flexibility, 'that is not how we do things over here' etc. Not unfriendly, they are. The bikes are very OK.
