Boerderij Camping Texel

We have never had such a large pitch for our motorhome in all our travels and yet the site was very quiet and peaceful with beautiful views. Karen was very helpful and even suggested a local family restaurant for a birthday meal. We found it very easy to travel around the whole island and would highly recommend this site. Jan & Ian

Very neat, clean, and beautiful campsite. Suitable for motor caravans, caravans, and camping. Place and parking lots for your caravan and motor caravan are quite large. Around 160 sqm. Very clean and nicely done up sanitation building. All necessary services like grey water disposal, drink water service etc are available. This place has 15 parking lots. Another great thing to mention: The airfield for parachute jumps. If you dare, just give it a try😀 If not, you can watch the parachute divers at the sky. Next to this campsite, there is a farm, so please be clear and sure of it. The farmer has to feed the cows, and maintain the acre. But it's quite ok, since camping is not ,their main business I guess. If you don't like this, just choose other campsites and do not complain. Anyhow for us, it was and is a great place to be. This was a high quality motorhome/ camper van site with large pitches. Situated in central northern position on Texel island. Excellent cycling routes. Very well run and maintained facilities block, loved the fresh flowers on the window sills. Helpful owner who left a welcoming card on our arrival giving us details of the site and the area.

Small camping divided in 2 parts (camper van and tent part), reservation in high season is mandatory due to the limited capacity. Friendly owners, next to their farm. Sanitary is super clean and very tidy, camper spots are huge! Next to Texel’s small airport (for parachuting), but this doesn’t hinder at all.

Super clean, super friendly, super relax. The common areas were * very * clean and coronavirus emergency was taken very seriously. The surroundings are also beautiful and filled with activities perfectly noted on their website.
