Camping De Hoge Kamp

Be careful of thieves!!!! Don’t leave anything unattended. The place is modest, with a small kitchen equipped with essential items and toilets/showers located in the middle of the campsite. We were bikepacking around the Netherlands, so we didn’t have many requirements. The real problem is the theft. We lost a watch that was accidentally left in the shower room overnight and a power bank that was stolen while charging in the kitchen.

Farm campsite Many animals and a good farm shop selling lamb and ice cream, among other things. Information regarding stock, e.g. lamb, can be requested via the website and WhatsApp. Friendly people.

Veery nice camping. Very quiet, very clean and friendly hosts. I only stayed there for one night but I really enjoyed it. I had the opportunity to see sheep shearing while I was there. I woke up in the morning with the sound of a roster and sheeps, the sounds of nature 😁
