A delightfully old fashioned campsite. Basic, clean, shared facilities. Outdoor washing up with good hot water. Two small camping fields with huge hedges for excellent shelter. See website for booking. Lovely chatty lady looks after the site and can advise visitors in English about their visit. Walks to the sea wall for views. Well within walking or cycling distance of ferry from Den Helder. Very good opportunities for outstanding birdwatching throughout Texel in fine weather.

Excellent place, good showers with plenty of room.

Fabulous farm campsite, and one of the best I've stayed on. Clean facilities, nice camping pitches all with electricity if needed. The hosts are very friendly and were so kind to lend us two of their own chairs as we were on foot with a small tent. There's even a cupboard so you can get bread delivered for the morning from an online service on the island too. I'll definitely stay here if I visit the island again.
