Bos en Duin Appartementen

We've been here twice now and both times the service and standard have been great. The apartment we had was immaculate, with all the appliances you need to cook, and enjoy your stay at Texel. The staff is attentive and supportive. We had no issues when we arrived late, they found solutions that worked well for us. Our views captured the fields that surround the hotel, and was a factor that added peace and quiet to our stay.

We stayed in a 4 personen room,with 3 people, it was too expensive for what it offered, at the table one was sitting behind a beam, in the bedroom the beam got in the way, resulted in a head wound, toilet in a tiny bathroom, won’t come back here again!

Very tidy and well kept. Would have given 5 stars but my mattress was sagging. And because the price was too high to insist that the tenants assist in cleaning the apartment e.g. strip the beds, take the trash out. Good location and quiet.

Wonderful place to stay in Texel. Apartments are spacious, clean and modern. Location is great, only a few minutes away by bike from the beach and the dunes. It is very quiet at night, the stars can be seen easily - clouds allowing. The sunday brunch is very tasty, highly recommended (not included in price).

The best way to explain this hotel is that its located in the midst of lush greenery, with hardly any buildings around, and a very short walk from the national park (just beside), view tower (3 min walk) & beach (2.4km to Strand Pavilion)! There are 2 wings with one primarily overlooking the fields (Building B) and another, the national park (Building A). Every room is almost unique and cater to specific needs like being wheelchair friendly or pet friendly or with kitchen or with 2 bedrooms etc. The best part is that you could book specific rooms themselves from their website.
