Hotel Tesselhof

Loved staying at Hotel Tesselhof. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the whole place was immaculately clean. Breakfast was a delicious array of good quality food. The location of the hotel is excellent. You are a few minutes from the beach and just around the corner from bicycle hire or Texel hopper bus stops. Will definitely be staying again if we visit again!

Earlier today I had lunch at "Restaurant in the shopping street" the friendly and helpful staff also mentioned lunch guests from an adjacent hotel, I had no idea at the time...???, on my payment I now see it was debited to "Hotel Tesselhof" So who knows, maybe I'll try this hotel on my next visit?

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, close to everything. We spent several days here and everything was great. Very convenient to the beach and restaurants and shops.

Loved our stay here and would definitely come back in a future trip. Pros: - the private sauna in room type D was incredible to use at the end of each long day of cycling and sightseeing. - the hotel's location in de Koog and near the beach was very convenient. - super friendly staff; good breakfast included each day. Cons: - the bed was not very comfortable, my back hurt each night. It was also two single beds put together instead of one large bed. - when we first arrived, the floor in the room was really sandy and there was even sand on the bedside table... Made me question the overall cleanliness of the room.

Very nice room. Nice terrace in the center of De Koog. The food was delicious but what we liked the most was the customer service. Specially the guy at the reception (young guy) and the sweet lady at the restaurant with medium short hair! I truly recommended!
