Overall, it was a good experience. The service was attentive and observant, making sure everything was taken care of. The food (Mediterranean-style mussels) was tasty, but the portion size was quite small. I also felt that the price for one main course, two beers, and a coffee was on the high side. That said, I get the impression that both hotels and restaurants on Texel generally charge exceptionally high prices. It's a trend that I find somewhat concerning.

Fantastic atmosphere, service and food👍👍👍👍 We had a great lamb dinner which was simply sublime ❤️ It's located just of the main street, and is much more quiet than the restaurants around the main street, this gives it a relaxing and super friendly atmosphere which is maintained by the very friendly and helpful staff. A must visit place when in Den Burg👍

Great lunchroom! We had lunch here and the food was very tasty and not to expensive. They had a good selection of beers on tap and the service was great. It is situated in the middle of Den Burg, so do be prepared to walk there from the outskirts where you can park your car or bike.

The Resturant looks like a family run Resturant. Starting with the staff, they were very nice and friendly. Provided us with English Menu and Vegetarian option selection. The food was very tasty. It looked very simple but had so many different flavours. We tried Avocado Burger and it tasted very nice. The garlic bread was also very nice. Only thing which i felt was the price. It was bit expensive for the quantity of food you get. One dish might not fill your stomach. Also no combo menu, so when you order a burger, you just get that. But have to say, the food taste and service was excellent. PS: added some menu photos for you to check what all they have. Not everything is written in English Menu that they have but covers most of it.
