Good food!! Lovely, very friendly and accommodating staff!

Very very much decent Dutch restaurant. I liked the fries and mayonnaise and even the mustard salad dressing was great, coming from a person who hates mustard. My dorade fillet was ok, nothing special. I missed some sauce with it to make it shine. My friends took spare ribs and burgers. They were also quite good for a small city restaurant.

Excellent restaurant! Full recommendation. De Stal is located in the center of Den Burg, it's easy to find. Has a large terrace, plus plenty tables inside. Do reserve because its popular!! Service is attentive. You will not sit with an empty glass, and if you have a question, plenty staff to accommodate your needs. The restaurant is clean and fresh, spacious too. Food is nicely plated, portions are sizeable, and the quality of the food is excellent. The burgers are home made, and no doubt amongst the best i've had. Large selection for vegan too. Fish lovers, there is fresh catch of the day, etc, etc etc. Locally sourced veggies, tasty, tasty. You will not leave hungry! In short: amazing food, great service, clean and fresh interior. Recommend! Do yourself a favour and enjoy a dinner here when u are visiting Texel.

Okay prices, food was fresh and very tasty, cooked very nicely. The presentation of the food was good, the seating outside was nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and came by quickly when needed. All in all a pleasant experience, much recommended.

We've been here on our vacation and it's an amazing restaurant, the menu is all in Dutch so it wasn't so easy for us. But the staff helped where ever they could and they have always been friendly. The food was amazing, it was so delicious. The prices here are normal for a good evening dinner in the Netherlands or Texel. We will come again 🤩
