LvY Indonesia by Anneke’s Kitchen

This was our second time with Anneke and her fabulous team. And, once again, they delivered!! What an outstanding dinner experience we had! The five course dinner was fantastic, incl. exceptional, authentic food - excellent service - all in a beautiful setting. Very much looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you for making our evening a special one.

We managed to book the last table at very short notice and we were so glad that we were able to do so. What an experience! The dishes are creative, delicious and authentic. Anneke recreates dishes from her childhood in Indonesia with flair and style. As an extra bonus, Anneke introduces each dish and explains the ingredients and inspiration behind her creations. This family-run restaurant is a gem. Menno and Anneke make you feel as if you are guests in their home whilst presenting Michelin quality dishes and accompanying drinks. Chapeau!

Excellent place, sophisticated cuisine, great concept of menu-surprise. It's just that it was too long... 3,5 hours at the table is not easy to support, even if food is great... Alors, really expensive, but OK to make it once every 5 years ;-) Congratulations to the family-team!

I have zero patience nor talent to cook, therefore all of the appreciation for those who have and create a delicious night that’s a bit more than just “going out for dinner”. Loved the stories told by Anneke linked to the dishes. And i am not a fan of soup but the soto betawi i completely finished. Both Anneke and her husband are very hospitable although it may not seem like it if one enters the venue when the culinary journey had already begun and you cannot travel along. For the next time, make that reservation, it’s worth it!

Please visit this little gem on Texel, this is not going to be the normal restaurant experience you are used to. When you make a reservation, which is a must, they will inform you of a starting time. Be on time! You and the other guests will now go on a journey guided by Anneke, she and her husband will tell you about her life and the inspiration for the dish, each course has its own story and you get to taste some amazing Indonesian food. We were not expecting this up front and we were so pleasantly surprised. When you are on Texel, make a reservation here, they change the menu every three months, so next time you can come back again.
