The bikes are in good condition, and initial contact went smoothly. You must clearly state how many days you want to rent the bikes, because specifying the dates is problematic. We received the bill in two installments, and they couldn't print a receipt. At our vacation home, we checked the prices on the website and were overcharged by 24 euros. When we returned the next day, the owner had to double-check with his daughter (who wasn't there). Unfortunately, they can't count, so we didn't get the full 24 euros back. They did give something back and made a mistake, but we didn't receive a receipt or any explanation, just an unfriendly "take it or leave it" and "Madam, write an angry letter."

Nice and friendly people, not expensive and they bring and pick up

It's okay. Originally very nice bikes, but not maintained very well. The one I got has a terrible squeek sound, when you use rear breaks. Otherwise: everything's great. Definitely an option for a weekend at Texel

I ran into a problem with the online booking, but then contacted them via WhatsApp. They were incredibly friendly and quickly found a solution. Now we're waiting for our holiday and hoping for good bikes ☺️

Nice, pleasant bikes and a friendly employee. Unfortunately, the bike ordered in excess can no longer be cancelled.
