Small but well kept collection. Good models and dioramas. Concentrated on the Georgian mutiny during WW2. Worth seeing.
brilliant audio guide that you can take away with you in English, German and Dutch. Lots of information on the Georgian/Russian rebellion in the second world war and some brilliant interactive exhibits.
I didn't know how much of a role Texel played during ww2. This place really showed me the importance of this small island. This place is packed with history. Audio guide is included and has a lot of informations. If you like history this place is a must visit.
Small museum thar highlights the aviation on this island and the occupation of the island in ww2, the Dutch museumcard is not accepted, but entrance fee is ok
Despite its small size, this museum provides an interesting account of how the island of Texel fared under German occupation. Several remnants of crashed planes are on display and there is a room with airplane models, some to scale.
