Disappointing Dinner! I visited this restaurant last May and had good memories. At that time we stayed at the hotel and had dinner here two nights in a row, which is why I suggested this restaurant for our recent trip with my friends. Unfortunately, this time the experience was disappointing. The service was extremely slow and inattentive. It was difficult to get the attention of any waitress. For example, I had to wait for a while to eat my soup because a spoon was not provided. The worst part was that it took two hours for the main dishes to be served. My main dish was too salty, so I couldn’t finish it even though I was very hungry. My boyfriend’s main dish (duck steak) was dry and had a slightly fishy smell. Some cocktails and desserts were fine, but that was not enough to make up for the overall experience. Overall, it was not worth the price.

The restaurant strikes a perfect balance in its design — Nordic rustic with a modern twist, creating a warm yet stylish atmosphere. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We opted for the chef’s signature menu with wine pairing, and every dish impressed us: beautifully presented, creative, and absolutely delicious. The wine selection was particularly interesting, focusing on local and lesser-known labels. Each pairing complemented the food perfectly, making the experience both surprising and memorable. The only drawback was the service of the wines. Over the course of the evening, our drinks were served by three different staff members, each with varying levels of knowledge about what they were pouring. At an upscale restaurant, I would expect all staff involved in wine service to be equally well-versed in the pairings, so that the storytelling around the wines matches the level of the food. Overall, though, it was a fantastic dining experience that I would highly recommend, especially for those looking to explore a creative menu paired with distinctive wines.

Excellent dinner with local products, we had the yellowtail, seabass and the lamb. It was delicious!
