Restaurant Laguna

Very beautiful and atmospherically decorated restaurant, friendly staff, and fantastic food and drinks!

A wonderfully refreshing watermelon drink (no unnecessary luxury on the hottest day of the year). The tomato cream soup is freshly made and tasty. The accompanying bread might well be homemade kuuen (very tasty). The pizza roll prosciutto was super delicious. Highly recommended for the food. We sat on the terrace and, in my opinion, it could be made a bit cozier. The interior inside does look attractive, though.

Went by twice, first time without a reservation mid week, a young lady waitress practically ran us out of there 😂 Not the best first impression for service. We decided to make a reservation for the next day, online of course since the young lady practically kicked us out. Went back the next day, the young lady was not there and the service was better (although the bar was pretty low after our first encounter). We had a lasagna and pizza, felt a bit lacking in flavor, the lasagna was watery and the pizza was dry, but it was still ok. I've had much worse but also much better. Dessert was not that great, panna cotta was too hard and dense, not creamy, smooth or silky, like you'd expect. I suppose I had high expectations from the reviews, I think 3-stars is fair given the overall experience.

This was our second time at Laguna, and both times we were extremely satisfied. The pizza is good, and I particularly enjoyed the lasagna. It's a bit pricey, although I'd say that's typical for the area. We did have to wait a little longer for our food, but they had to serve seven dishes at once, so it was perfectly understandable. The service was incredibly friendly and attentive.

Highly recommended! We've known the owners for years, as they ran the Worsteltent until 2025. It's now located at a new address. Very attentive staff, absolutely top-quality Italian dishes, excellent value for money! And the interior is ultra-modern, cozy, and inviting.
